European Language Portfolio on Student’s Journey through Studies into Professional Life (2009-2010)
ELPiPL is a Lifelong Learning project founded by the European Commission with an objective to develop the use of the European Language Portfolio (ELP) in cooperation with secondary and tertiary level educational institutions,language teachers,language learners,enterprises and Europass Centres.
The project aims at
- developing teaching methods and materials in cooperation with working life
- transforming language teacher identities
- enhancing learner autonomy by making the learner the subject of learning
- promoting language learning and teaching in general,the learning of several foreign languages,plurilingualism and lifelong learning
The target languages of the project are English,Swedish,German,Spanish,Russian,Finnish and French.
